Chocolate Bells / Sokolates

1 lb. sweet milk chocolate
1 lb. shelled walnuts or pecans, ground
3 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. cream
3 tbsp. rum flavoring
powdered sugar for coating
  1. Chop up chocolate into medium-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and set bowl in a shallow pan or dish of hot water to melt the chocolate.
  2. When chocolate is smooth, add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Cool slightly. Shape into little bells and roll in powdered sugar.
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Makes 3 dozen

Chocolate bells are usually served at Christmas.
