1 lb. sweet milk chocolate
1 lb. shelled walnuts or pecans, ground
3 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. cream
3 tbsp. rum flavoring
powdered sugar for coating
- Chop up chocolate into medium-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and set bowl in a shallow pan or dish of hot water to melt the chocolate.
- When chocolate is smooth, add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Cool slightly. Shape into little bells and roll in powdered sugar.
