4 eggs, hard-boiled, shelled, and cut in half vertically
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or plain nonfat yogurt
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp. whipping cream in liquid form
- Scoop out egg yolks and mash in small bowl.
- Mix in remaining ingredients, then fill egg white halves with equal tamounts of mixture.
