Herb-Stuffed Eggs / Kräuter Eier

4 eggs, hard-boiled, shelled, and cut in half vertically
2 tbsp. mayonnaise or plain nonfat yogurt
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp. whipping cream in liquid form
  1. Scoop out egg yolks and mash in small bowl.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients, then fill egg white halves with equal tamounts of mixture.
Preparation time (entire Bunte Platte): 13/4 hours
