Smoked Salmon-Stuffed Eggs / Lachs Eier

4 eggs, hard-boiled, shelled, and halved vertically
1½ tbsp. smoked salmon, finely minced
1 tbsp. whipping cream, whipped
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1½ tbsp. sour cream
  1. Scoop out egg yolks and mash in small bowl.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients, then fill egg white halves with equal tamounts of mixture.
Preparation time (entire Bunte Platte): 13/4 hours
Bunte Platte serves 4
